So this is my official introduction here...

I see a lot of familiar faces around here from a far-off fantasy land... In any case, I had this shocking realization... I can be myself here!

So, my name is Dustyne. I go by Paxigoth elsewhere on the internet. I'm a queer-goth-chick. I'm also a seminarian student in the United Church of Christ.

I have this crazy agenda to recover and revision words like "evangelical" and "conservative" and possibly "fundamentalist" for the Religious Left. Same with traditional concepts... virgin birth, resurrection, atonement, etc.

I'm married to the most handsome woman on planet earth. We even have our own little baby now! And yes, for those who may be confused on this one, I have changed my gender on more than one occasion (and reserve the right to change it again).

I work as a secretary and since I'm supposed to look busy when nothing else is going on, I have an amazing amount of time to spend on the internet.
Salvation is the resolution of conflict. The ultimate salvation is the salvation of God. God is a divided totality, two halves of the same whole, God and anti-God. God is embodied in Christ and Satan. So, it is Christ and Satan which must be reconciled: the Lamb and the Goat must come together... Pure love descended from the pinnacle of heaven united with pure hatred raised from the depths of hell.

Oh yes... and I could add...
I'm a bit of an aesthetic when it comes to food issues...

No caffeine, no drugs, no tobacco, no alcohol, no processed foods, no tranny fats, no artificial sweetners or weird chemicals, no red meat...

I'm basically an unorthodox vegetarian who backslides with occasional chicken. I usually don't have sweet foods either.

Unless it is that time-of-the-month. Then all bets are off and all be gorging in all sorts of organic chocolate delights...

Please don't think I'm sharing this to make myself sound healthier or more eco-centric than others... I share it cause its a paradox. I've had high blood pressure since high school (seriously!) and everyone always tries to attribute it to lifestyle...

I'm at Andover-Newton Theological Seminary (Boston, MA) working towards my MDiv degree so that I can be ordained in the UCC... one of the few denoms which allows ordination for trannies!

First let me say, that your real name is AWESOME
And second, that your vegetarianism sounds exactly like that of my husband's. :)
