Thank you, Buttermilk, for inviting me.

Nice to see you here, too, Joe Z.

Pardon me if this is a duplicate. I thought I'd posted my introduction once, but I don't see it now.

I'm a refugee from another website. Buttermilk knows which once, and so does Joe Z. I'm not trying to keep it a secret, but I'm not sure I'm allowed to say which one. You know, kind of like on a game show, where they have to say "I work for a major department store" instead of saying, "I work for Wal-Mart."

Anyway, I left there, went back, and may just leave again for good because I applied to be a mod and they turned me down. Why? Because of something I had said in my *own personal blog* that wasn't in any way connected to their site, but apparently I'm not Christian enough for them. Those who really know me, know what hogwash that is.

Well, I have other friends elsewhere, and I hope to make more here.
:D
I am NOT a "terrible chatterbox."
As a matter of fact, I'm quite good at it.

Hi Cruztacean,

I too have been invited over from that other site, where I was known as SpiritualPilgrim.

I'm glad to see you here, too. I was inspired by some of your posts, and am sorry that they turned you down to be a Mod there.

I will probably be leaving over there, too, as I'm probably a little too liberal or not quite Christian enough for them either.
Gandhi said that he couldn't accept Christianity because he felt that Christians were so unlike Christ. Is this a prophetic word for Christianity today?

I'm overjoyed to see you here too Cruztacean.

Orthodox Easter is almost upon us--so someone should set up the alehouse, and I'll bring a complimentary tray of virtual Baklava!

C--The forum is a downright evil place. It is a tool of the devil to sap the faith from people. It darn near tried with me--but fortunatly I recognized what was happening in time to put some distance between myself and the troublemakers there.

Also thought you guys might find my blog of interest. Its designed to serve as a witness to the religious community that gay people have a place too in the spiritual life and a witness to the gay community of the importance of spirituality. It can be found here:

Hi, I didn't realize you were having problems there, you always seem very 'together'. I left for about a year, too. I was getting stressed out with athiests on one side and conservatives on the other BOTH harrassing me for the same posts (go figure). Now I stick with a fellowship thread that's been great for me with a few scattered posts elsewhere for fun.
I walk by faith; when I was walking by sight I kept tripping over things.
