Welcome to Vaioa,

a desert triumvirate of Hold, Weyr, and Mine. Thread's return and bandit raiding brought strife between weyr and hold, but the bandits' recent defeat has returned the region to an uneasy peace. Now, a shipwreck on a forgotten continent and the decision to settle this rediscovered land has opened up a world of opportunity to Vaioa, if only they can handle the dangers.

GROUP FIVE
A'yar - Sith
D'nes - Galanth
Sta'tis - Math
Gina - Cloeth
Se'tian - Essathith

Hokay so. A'yar isn't sure he likes the idea of stealing from the holders, but O'zen gave an order, so his hands are kind of tied.

Would y'all rather go hunting, or infiltrate and take some more sundry goods, like root vegetables and dried fruits and what not?

D'nes is a fun laid bck person and would hate the idea of stealing but would do whatever he was told. Galanth on the other hand is a right SOB so he doesn't care either or. Both are strong and would be good for hunting/heavy lifting. But if they had to steal D'nes would like to keep safe, like steal from the hold's farmland and pick every thing themselves. He was farmer raised so he knows what to look for.

Se'tian doesn't have to like that they're stealing but he can only see it as the only thing that they can currently do, he's about a sneaky as a boulder rolling off a cliff and he's easily noticeable. But is good for heavy lifting and. Essathith is generally just angry at being hungry and so kinda snippish, but she's fast but also quite strong for a green

I like Jess' idea of D'nes helping them steal from the farmlands since above all they'll need meat for the weyrlings and such.

Haha, this is the worst raiding group. All of the people are too nice to want to steal from the Holds.

I think the best options are raiding farmlands for surplus and beasts. Stats is willing to snoop around to find places that had bumper crops this Turn.

lol the nice group, yea raiding farmland sounds good, they can get herdbeast, grains, fruits and what not. and for those not sneaky it wont be to hard to do.

Sounds good :) Getting all up in the outer farm land seems a lot less dangerous than trying to get some claws on the runner stock, which would probably be closer in towards the hold itself.

If you want, Jess, when I start the raid thread, A'yar can place D'nes in charge of finding a suitable field and you can kind of run with that.

Does going at night after some initial surveillance sound good?
