You no doubt want to get stuck in and make an impact on our region. The best way to settle in, is of course to use our various community and games areas, but to ensure a fast track into more exciting political arena, you may want to apply for employment in one our our governmental departments. Any current vacancies will be listed below, for both new and existing citizens. A link will be provided which will enable you to contact the individual who is offering that job, and further contact will be conducted privately with that individual. ~~~ Current Vacancies as of 06/10/2010 Vice Delegate: This is a position open to any World Assembly member states. The main responsibility of this job is to recruit members of our region into the World Assembly, to encourage an increase in regional influence and an increase in activity for our World Assembly discussion area. Other roles may involve posting voting and discussion points at the discretion of the WA Delegate, and encouraging people to endorse the incumbent WA Delegate. This position does not affect any other position held in the region. Military Personnel: The Ministry of Defence are always looking for new blood, and this may be the perfect opportunity to get to know some of our members and get involved in the action straight away. Recruitment Assistant: The Home Office are always in demand of recruitment assistants. This is a job almost anyone has the ability to do, and the Home Office can easily train you in the art of recruitment very quickly. This is a great option if you are new and want to make an instant contribution to the region. Press Director: Come along to Fleet Street, the hub of regional news and gossip! If you have excellent writing skills, knowledge of current affairs, or even gossip from the far corners of NS, you can apply to become a Press Director by taking a quick stroll down to Fleet Street and applying for a news forum.
