On Sat, the GW at Wood Green is holding a killteam tournament! I'm bringing my poorly painted Tau along and thought I'd let you guys know :D

Rules are
200pts
0-1 elite
0-2 troops
0-1 fast attack

At the moment I'm torn between 3 stealth a piranha and some gubbins or 3 stealth and 8-11 firewarriors. (depending on whether i give the stealthies fun stuff) a middle option would be 3 stealth, basic piranha and 5 fw...

That sounds like a really good idea.

We can put this up for discussion at the EGM actually. Obviously its not really the main item for discussion, but since we should get a decent turnout we could certainly use it as an opportunity to get a date set to kick things off.

And thinking even further ahead, we could even run our own little Killteam tournie on a Saturday or Sunday in May perhaps? Possibly sooner actually... This might be a very good way to bring some 40K players to the club, and with killteam games needing very little table space (ok, they do need a lot of terrain though), we could probably pack as many as 40 players in, possibly more. Ok, it will get a bit 'fruity', but wargamers are used to that... ;)
