Hi all, I just ordered my first large resin model (caestus assault ram). I need some advise on getting this glued together. Never worked with resin on such a scale, after reading some forum posts most people seem to glue it down with super glue. However i read that different super glues effect resin differently. Just curious to know what method you guys use on models which are resin and at this scale. |

Wash it first (i use an old toothbrush and just some washing up liquid but im sure others use something special) and let it dry completely. After that I've never had a problem with any standard super glue (e.g. Citadel). Assault ram eh, is that 40k approved or Apoc? |

Good advice there. It is 40k approved I believe? I've certainly played against one in a normal game of 40k anyway... |

Sounds fun, if I remember right they are flying transports with a big blast melta gun and special ramming rules? If we cant fit a game in at the club and you ever fancy a game pre club and can get to West Hampstead let me know as I've got room and table at home. Could bounce some tourney list ideas too. |
