I don't see it happening.

neither American teams nor drivers have faired well in F1, Mario aside but then he does have a computer game named after him.

I also expect this to not happen as I doubt they will want to languish at the back for years.

Martin Brundle pointed out a huge issue regarding this which was Haas really need to be based in the UK to have any chance.

Ok Ferrari are able to make it work but everyone else is in the UK.

Slightly related, but apparently Forza Rossa is a Romanian Ferrari dealer.

Perhaps Forza Rossa will be to Ferrari what Toro Rosso is to Red Bull.
