Just remarked on that in the practice thread! If I could hear what he was saying over my missus talking about recipes I'd tell you what the reason was! He'll still qualify higher than his team mate.. |

Vettel not having much grip on his last run and did not make it through to Q3, while Ricciardo even made it to P3 in Q2. |

Vettel will have to dig a little deeper this year to compete at the front and show his worth! |

Ferrari has still 2.5sec gap from Alonso in 9th to Rosberg/Hamilton at the front. It is a massive difference.

Wow - try and see the tele metrics! The Mercedes and Ferrari powered cars have top speed exactly 10km/h faster than the Renault powered Red Bulls ! |

Yeah well, he's had his hands in Marcos's pockets for way too long. Ricciardo seems to be showing him the way having out qualified him in three races |

If.. Just if Adrian can't work his magic this year, how do you think that will mess with Vettel's head? Suddenly he isn't the best after a 4 year domination from pretty much nowhere. Ricciardo has shown that a 'nowhere' driver can match and beat him with the same equipment. Perhaps that's unfair, but Danny's been very impressive given Seb's problems. I'll be interested to see 2 RBR's running perfectly and see who's quickest... *cough* no multi 21 *cough* |

Vettel is a very fast driver, but seems to lose his cool if the car isn't better than everyone else's. Reminds me of Lewis Hamilton a few years ago. Lewis seemed to get over it, so there's no reason that Seb won't. Unless Red Bull get even more pissy about the fuel flow sensors and decide to act on their threat of quitting. After all, motorsport is simply one of their advertising campaigns, and if they aren't at the front, they might as well buy some more billboard spaces or sponsor something else. They gave up on NASCAR a few years ago because the team they sponsored didn't do well enough. Personally, I'd love them to quit F1 and spent the budget on the heritage aviation fleet. Dieter has some serious history in his hangar! |
