I hope everyone enjoyed the race. The place looked good on tv, and more importantly packed.

It's a great circuit, and the American public showed that they have an appetite for F1.

It was a magnificent drive by Hamilton, and Seb palyed his part in making the race memorable. Spare a thought for Massa - he could easily have made the podium today without his gearbox change.

Why pity. Ferrari decided to pull the plug on Massa, to get Alonso moved to the clean side of the starting grid! They could not have both, so decided to do all to keep Alonso in play for the WDC.

Bigger picture I think, a title is worth more than a win

<no> Not true, I never complained about Massa and his demotion or about the actual pit lane activities of Vettel. I only commented that Vettel's were as a result of his having cheated. Or atleast RBR cheating

No pity, but I thought it was his best performance of the season. He was consistently faster than Nando on Saturday and Sunday.

We have all been critical of the wee fella this year, so credit where credit is due <thumbsup>

I have no complaints about Ferrari's use of the rules to keep Nando in play in the championship either.

You could just as easily complain about lewis getting in the way of the title battle by winning the race when he no longer has a chance to win

Doubt it. Alonso fans would have probably fallen off the balcony in excitement.
