I think Lewis tends to be a little naive. Of course Vettel has had a lot of luck, but not every driver currently in F1 could have achieved what he did, so for sure, the speed is there. |

I think if you read it again, Lewis doesn't suggest that Vettel's titles were won on luck, simply that Vettel had the good fortune of his team's form not dipping, which allowed him to win a subsequent title, and maybe three on the trot. No driver can possibly win a title on pure luck, and none would accuse another of having done so. You can fluke a win here or there, but a championship....? Of course, you could argue that having a crap car the next year might be a result of one or more of the team's drivers not being any good at helping devlop the chassis, especially when one of the car's previous drivers was worth a car 6/10ths faster.....
