Not really funny but bizarre. A guy thinks he will play a funny trick on a kid and puts the kid in a washing machine or dryer in a laundromat, then they can't get the door open. Rather bizarre.

A Long Island surgeon embroiled in a nearly four-year divorce proceeding wants his estranged wife to return the kidney he donated to her, although he says he'll settle for $1.5 million in compensation.

Dr. Richard Batista, a surgeon at Nassau University Medical Center, told reporters at his lawyer's Long Island office Wednesday that he decided to go public with his demand for kidney compensation because he has grown frustrated with the negotiations with his estranged wife.

Dr. Batista fought back tears after talking about a bitter divorce battle he's embroiled in with his wife of 15 years.

"There's no deeper pain or betrayal from somebody you loved and devoted your whole life to," he said.

Wow how quickly this turned away from the notion of giving us a laugh, though both issues are laughable.

In looking at the video, I can see how a woman might not be attracted to the good doctor.

But you would have thought she would have known about that sometime before the 4K's - the kidney and the 3 kids.

There are better ways than to have a multi-year affair and then expect all the assets as you drop the bomb. Don't know how he found out. That would be interesting.

Regardless, he did an extraordinary thing for the woman, and she is not showing any respect or appreciation.

Sad act.

Well Steel - you certainly cheered me up today. Many thanks.
