Difficult to tell who is on form at this point. Such limited driving in the dry, and now, just as Practice III is about to begin, puddles forming again.

Mercedes strategy is not so much on quali, but set up for the race depending on what they think the weather will be.

A wet setup loses buckets in the dry.

The general forecast is that its not going to be as wet as yesterday and today. Going by that most teams will likely qualify with a dry set up. one or two might try something different, Sauber or Button for example.
