Hope this doesn't affect Asian viewers, and sorry to all those in the UK. What a crappy decision. |

Farce. The extortion that is the TV licence should be scrapped. What exactly does the BBC broadcast now that justifies a fee of getting on for £3 a week when you only get half a season??? Public enquiry, please. |

I have created a petition on the number10 website. Unfortunately, Glazed Ham Forehead and his cronies have recently made some alterations to the e-petition site, and while you can currently create them, it is not possible at present to browse or sign them, however they reckon it should be sorted by August. In other words, they don't want to hear from the masses. But then, they are Tories, so the masses don't matter to them anyway.... lol |

It seems ridiculous. It's not like (blooming) football where there are loads of matches each week so there's no way you could possibly watch all of them so it doesn't matter if some are on Sky and some are on terrestrial. What, am I only supposed to care what's happening in F1 half of the time and not bother the other half? It's an absolute win-win for Sky here - if you really want to watch F1 live, then you have to get Sky Sports, but Sky only have to pay half as much for the rights because they are only showing half the races. (of course, all of this is purely moral outrage because I've got sky sports already, but I definitely shouldn't *need* to get sky sports to watch F1!) |

Oh and another thing. What do I do to get my fix of Brundle every week? It sounds trivial, but having a different commentary team for alternate races will really really really REALLY REALLY REALLY SUCK!

I can't justify subscribing to Sky Sports to watch ten races! The full race should be available on the i-player the next day, not this extended highlights crap. |

I have lived abroad and travelled around the world and I really do believe that because of the way it is funded the BBC is both unique and probably the best broadcasting company in the world. I love the BBC and genuinely think that the licence fee is both totally justified and not high enough. |

Ditto. Except for the living and working abroad thing. I get a nosebleed if I accidentally stray outside the ring road. |

Well, the masses read the Sun, the Mirror and the Daily Mail. They watch Big Brother and X Factor and they voted Labour into office three times in a row despite the real and obvious damage they were doing to the country. It's clear they're not intelligent enough to be worth listening to. I'm really not joking. |

I thought F1 was one of the govs protected sporting events like the olympics that have to be on free to air? Having some of it should not count, if it is protected all of it should be protected! Not that its going to make a difference but facebook already has a number of groups against this http://www.facebook.com/pages/Keep-F1-on-F...149430041788793 http://www.facebook.com/pages/Keep-F1-100-...246661118686911 petition link - http://www.petitiononline.co.uk/petition/p...-from-2010/3290 |
