If I am not mistaken... I saw Jenson use the finger on both hands... <devil>

I missed it as the coverage was cut as soon as the race was over, we have no BBC2 equivalent.

I'm not a fan of that on anyone. I blame Vettel for starting something. <devil>

IMO they won't change the result because he won, atleast I suspect not, but otherwise he might have been punished for both.

According to this image he's looking in the right mirror with Lewis on his left. Not surprised he didn't see him.

Those mirrors are too small to see out of in clear weather.

What we saw today was that the you guns (Vettel and Hamilton) showed they are very good but still have things to learn... but then at 23 that is not a probem... and Schumacher showed that age is still not a barrier so the likes of Button or Webber has plenty of competitive years ahead...

Not sure how Alonso's drive fits into all that.

Jenson served a drive thru for that so he paid his due... it is only the Alonso clash under investigation... that was sound so I see not penalty being imposed.

This shows Button clearly ahead going into the corner, and we all know taking the outside line into a chicane means trouble. Didn't Lewis have a race decision reversed over a similar incident?

Racing incident or Button's fault.

Watch seconds 7 and 8. Jenson had enough space to maneuver and avoid the collision.

Anyway I'd leave the things "as they are now", I'm a bit tired of certain finger.

Being on the inside, Button HAD to brake for the corner which he obviously did, but Alonso turned in on him, you can see Alonso has plenty of road to his left which Button does not.

Button has the racing line.

Button's drive through was for speeding (I think) behind the safety car.

One thing about Michael Schumacher - he very often says really good things. Here is what he had to say about the fans in Montreal:

Quote:

"I would also like to send a big compliment out to the spectators who stayed with us in those difficult circumstances for so long and even cheered us up. That was impressive, and I am glad that I could play my part in entertaining them."

Very nice indeed

From the Torygraph:

Quote:

BBC pundit and Daily Telegraph columnist David Coulthard did not see it that way, however, saying: “If that’s Lewis’s idea of halfway I wouldn’t want to share my chocolate bar with him.”

<LOL>

More on Lauda's opinion of Ham's driving in Canada in the article.
