That was the greatest race of the season.

It was darn good. I think my commentary had a lot to do with the event.

Mike he can't use it when he not the following car, only when 1 sec behind another car. Read the rules. Webber and Button used it and he could not.

I know that. But how was he shafted by it? Once he is behind someone, he can use it too. Just like the cars that wanted to pass him.

Why is there always an excuse for Schumacher?

EDIT - Yes, I see now with the downforce explaination from Pasta.

By the way, for the first time this year the babes of an F1 grand prix were actually attractive.

They all clamoured around Nico Rosberg.  I guess they don't know he is gay.

<roflmao>

Btw, diappointed that it didn't look like those white dresses had been out in all that nice rain?

Ya - you would have thought with the two hour delay F1 marketing guru Bernie could have seized on the opportunity for a wet white dress contest. Montreal women never wear bras and.... it was just cold enough for a really good contest.

Why not? I am easy.

Agreed. I also think that Schumi actually pulled the best overtaking so far of the season. When have we last seen number 4 pass 3rd and 2nd in one move during the race (and not just during the start).

Ask anyone here, I am no Schu fan, never have been. But, I don't like DRS and have been saying so for months. And, I cannot be goaded into a Schu argument. I am just talking about the technical rules.

Good to see the old man back. He is taking much longer, but his racecraft is still good. He did really well today.

I agree with you Flood1. The DRS is making it more like a random lottery, as we have seen its all about who pulls the last move before the music stops. Asymmetric racing is never enjoyable to watch.

The assumption in the media is that this will hurt RBR the most, but I'm not sure if that's the case.

Loved that race. I enjoy the unpredictability - although strangely enough, this season so far is incredibly predictable.

It's races like this that make us love F1. Button drove very well in the end, Vettel made a mistake under pressure - as ever 'twas.

Still awaiting judgements regarding Button but you cannot take away from a great race.

His patience won out over Lewis's anxiety to attack and he drove like a demon at the end with some clever moves.

I agree... but you will know more why that will be true.

For me it is a case of I can't believe RBR are not working on a solution and while it means teams will be a lot closer as we saw today RBR can afford to come second and third and still win the WCC and if Vettel lets the other drivers share out the remaining wins he is laughing.
