Sebastian Vettel secured yet another pole position this season after finishing on top in qualifying for the Canadian Grand Prix on Saturday.

It was the sixth pole in seven races for the Red Bull driver and also the 21st of his career.

Vettel's time of 1m13.014s put him in first place ahead of Ferrari's Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa, the Italian squad enjoying its strongest outing of the year so far.

Looks to be an interesting start tomorrow... the McLarens are set up for rain so may have the real advantage, Hamilton loves this track and will be strong. Vettel despite being on pole has Alonso right behind and Webber KERS problem mean Vettel might have problems.

If I'm not mistaken Vettel thus far has around 1 pole per 3 races. Anyone think he will break Shumi's record?

The poles record is prpbably the most doable... (that and the overall points scored <devil> )... wins and WDC's records will prove harder with the likes of Alonso, Hamilton, Button plus the new guys showing promise.
