Gems include:

"I've been to the stewards 5 out of 6 times this season. It's a joke. Absolute frickin' joke"

"[Massa] held me up in qualifying and I get the penalty. [Massa] turned into me, and I get the penalty"

"These drivers are absolutely frickin' ridiculous. It's stupid!"

And the best of the lot:

Question: Why do you think you're being targeted by the stewards?
Lewis: I dunno. Maybe it's because I'm black. That's what Ali G says.

I saw the interview and I thought it was frickin' unbelievable! I was hiding behind a cushion in case he said anything else that he might regret.

I know it's always someone else's fault with Lewis, but I have never seen him quite so vocal!

Can't wait for the press tomorrow.

Oh and does anyone know if he got a penalty or not?

Regarding the Massa incident I don't think he deserved a penalty, but it's not been a good weekend for him.

I'm never very good at being able to tell who has the racing line, but the commentators on the BBC certainly seemed to think Lewis was in the wrong.

I've just realised you meant it wasn't worthy of a penalty full stop. No, perhaps not, because Massa's crash was a separate incident.

I think Lewis has been penalized for causing the crash in the tunnel, for which he is completely innocent. I haven't seen it stipulated that it was for the hairpin, though I could be wrong.

However IMO Massa did turn in on Lewis early. Compare his line with the car directly infront. Someone told me it was Webber. Their lines are very different.

I'm not a Lewis fan, I just saw what I saw.

Lewis was handed a post race penalty of 20 seconds but this has no effect on his final 6th position.

This will not be helping his mental state but then some drivers race better when they feel the world is against them, if he dosen't implode he may just win the next 5 GP's.

I'll have to watch it again.

At least no amount of penalties will ever stop Lewis from taking chances (unless he does implode, John!) - and that is what we want to see after all.

Not me... I'd much rather see Lewis racing than imploding <think>

I am of course delighted with the start to the season Vettel as had but It would be good to see several different race winners this season... I would say Jenson is the one who lost out most today...

Lewis made his own bad luck but his rather worrying comments post race aside he should bounce back... his mouth is beginning to get him into trouble and he seriously needs to tale a deep breath and keep his mouth closed...

I cannot imagine that Ron Dennis would have allowed his to be so vocal.

Lewis is imploding.

He is blaming Mclaren for everything even when the situation is not always the teams fault.

Yes it is not easy when things do not go your way but walking away without saying anything is better than saying something he will regret.

Maybe Mclaren need to take Lewis to one side and have a word.

I personally do not think his moaning helps the team

Could he be charged for bring the sport into disrepute? ~ over what he said

or is he or the team on probation for some thing they did?

~ I be surprised if nothing come of this - best a warning from the FIA

I can't see a disrepute charge sticking... he clarifed his remarks and the stewards accepted without further comment... this is an end of the matter as far as the FIA are concerned.

It is the press attention he will have to worry about.
