After recent comments between me and John, I've decided to see where general opinion lies over this. |

I'm not going to vote because the question is backwards and ill-conceived - not because the options are anti-schumi or anti-ferrari or anything. "Who was at fault for the incident in Austria" is too loosely worded. It presumes that somebody must be at fault for something, however, there were several incidents. The only incident that was deemed illegal (and therefore there can be "fault" at all) was Schumacher's attempt to get Rubens to stand on the top step of the podium - and that was clearly Schumacher's fault, although I don't think people actually blame him too much for that. Do you mean "Who's fault is it that I didn't like Schumacher benefitting from perfectly legal team orders?" (Answer: yours) or "Who's fault is it that Rubens threw a strop when asked to fulfil his contractual obligations" (Answer: Rubens) or "Who's fault is it that Rubens wasn't sufficiently aware of his contractual obligations" (Answer: Rubens). See what I mean? |
