That is where you are wrong, Renault didn't go to the FIA, they just pleaded ignorance and that seemed to satisfy the FIA.

My recollection of those events is somewhat closer to Norberts .....

That is where you are wrong, Renault didn't go to the FIA, they just pleaded ignorance and that seemed to satisfy the FIA.

My recollection of those events is somewhat closer to Norberts .....

If Renault went to the FIA, how come McLaren had to put in a complaint? That just doesn't fit does it. I think there seems to have been a case of selective memory here.
