Just something that popped into my mind.... MS has driven the 2007 Ferrari, and is about to do so again. Being prepared by Ferrari's 'F1 Cliente' company means that it doesn't break the testing ban. Sooooo.... why have Ferrari not sold F1 Cliente an F60, or is there some rule that states a team cannot sell their current chassis design to a company outside of F1, never mind another F1 team? And why not at least the 2008 car?

More to the point, why has no other F1 team thought about such a scheme for their reserve/up and coming drivers during ther test ban era?

So a private individual is paying to have a bit of fun in a car that is not the same as the 2009 spec F60 Ferrari F1 car...

I see no harm in that <thumbsup>

Because of this ruling.

"Two years have to pass so these cars can be sold with their protected technology and maintenance of all single-seaters produced since 1970."
