For the 94 season do you have to remove the disc for several races?

Michael Schumacher's return to Formula 1 in Valencia later this month remains subject to a medical clearance after his spokeswoman Sabine Kehm revealed that concerns linger over the strength of his neck.

The seven-time world champion was injured in a motorcycle testing accident earlier this year, and Kehm admitted that until he had been given the all-clear there was still a possibility that he may not race in the European Grand Prix on August 23.

"It is not sure yet the neck will hold and the comeback can be started," Kehm said on Wednesday.

"It depends on medical investigations. Only after those will it be clear whether he will be able to drive."

So all this squabbling for nothing L <fight> L

IMO, Its all part of the build up.

If his neck were that troublesome, he would have never managed a day in an F1 car followed by Karting.

No doctor/personal physician would have allowed him to even attempt it without proper tests.

If not part of the build up, it could be the 'get out of jail card' to use should he find his lap times are nowhere near what he could once constantly achieve.

It would just be another DVD in my collection... like the 1991 F1 season, the 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1997 (damaged), 1999 (unopened), 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 and the 2006 (unopened)

Might have to get the 2009 one as well  <think>

2006 unopened? <think>. ..let me think... <think>...Alonso? perhaps? <doh> off course! <yes>

not because Alonso won the race and became a double WDC <bow>

Because it was his last race... of course IF he manages to make a return in Valencia (and beyond) I will have to add the 2009 DVD and sell the 2006 one

Fact is he won't race unless doctors say he can.
