With Kimi wanting to go rallying and Alonso allegedly joining Ferrari 2011, could a Massa and MS pairing be a 2010 reality? If MS does average i guess he will want to hand the car back and enjoy his retirement, BUT, if he finds he is rejuvenated and up for the fight, could a one full season return be in the pipeline? This season to get up to speed and develop the car, next.............................

No. I really think Alonso will be at Ferrari next year, and IIRC a major reason for Shumi's retirement he was getting worn down by the daily grind of training and all the rest that comes w/ being an F1 driver. I would be very surprised to see Shumi beyond this year in an F1 car full time. |

What a wonderful notion... however I believe that Schumacher had/has no intention of coming back to F1 full time. He is only returning now because... a) The opportunity unexpectedly arose. b) He was asked by what is as good as his family to do so and... c) The racer in him is still there but just as curiosity. With BMW gone they could sign Kubica for 2010 to team up with Alonso in 2011

Spanish media is saying McLaren has approached Kubica. I think Massa Alonso is more like a done deal. |

Non pas du tout Monsieur Jean! Kubica has its little temper and will make himself heard if he's not treated equally. But I think it will be good to see Hamilton being pushed a bit. |

The BMW connection stemmed from a family holiday in my teens where a family friend got me into the factory tour in Dingolfing and the museum and HQ in Munich... I was very impressed with their racing history and started following the touring cars... then got into collecting models of the racing cars... it has all just snowballed. The Schumacher connection was simply because I had always supported form my earliest days Mansell, when he retired I was not fussed but when Schumacher came along something clicked and I started supporting him... the rest is history. and Vettel more or less the same thing MS retired so I was looking around, I do support Hamilton but his team has always been a stumbling block unlike Vettel (so far)
