Signed today by all existing teams except BMW Sauber, and the three new teams.

I guess Howett must have convinced the Toyota board to stay on.

BMW have until August 5 to decide whether they will sign up, which will be based on whether or not they can find a buyer. Otherwise I expect one of the other applicants will be permitted to race next year. The withdrawal of a manufacturer or two was not unexpected, after all, I'm sure there are contingency plans in place.
