I wish they would abolish this qualify-with-fuel buisness and make quali 3 an equal fight for pole.

I'd expect Vettel to win if it was a Red Bull victory, but I wouldn't be surprised to see Webbo win the race if circumstances presented him with the chance. His drive at Barcelons was superb.

The fuel-adjusted grid, with estimated first pit-stop laps, looks like this:

1. Jenson Button - lap 17
2. Sebastian Vettel - lap 15
3. Mark Webber - lap 17
4. Rubens Barrichello - lap 16
5. Kimi Raikkonen - lap 17
6. Jarno Trulli - lap 16
7. Felipe Massa - lap 16
8. Nico Rosberg - lap 18
9. Robert Kubica - lap 20
10. Fernando Alonso - lap 14

When you think that Renault had a new front wing, modified diffuser and suspensions. In fact they had to put the old front wing back in. Very poor performance from Renault. I's all over for them...and many others anyway. Hope Webber wins tomorrow. C'mon aussie!

Funny thing is, everyone in the know is saying that the RBR diffuser didn't come into effect in Monaco because basically because it wasn't a track on which the diffuser added any gains . . . . . and the Brawns still won.

I've said this all along, and so has Brawn himself. There is more to the Brawn car than just the diffuser. Infact he said the diffuser row distracted the opposition from other things that made his car fast.

And the fact that Renault and Mclaren have made little gain says it all really.

Just my opinions of course.

Great to see someone else on the pole (even though it hurts my predictions ;) )
The shocker, of course, is Lewis. Even though he says the car is 'crap', he should still be faster than Heikki. I mean, Heikki's qualifying spots have stayed fairly consistant with this car while Lewis' are either great or terrible.

I wonder if Lewis isn't going for slightly more radical setups in quali that sometimes backfire a little. His car looked mighty nervous compared to Hekki's. I think he's trying to trim the car out as much as possible and relying on his skill to handel the car. Today the team just missed the mark.

Correct CG.

We all know now that for the double diffuser to perform, you have to have the front wing configuration and the floor designed in a certain way at least. Probably other parts too.

Brawn has been designing his car for almost 2 years. I don't think anyone will catch up with similar design and furthermore with testing ban in place it's impossible. Frustrating!

I think if Webber had won that race he'd probably have been driving an STR in the next race judging by Vettel's face.
