Well, I think that the championship is over.

Button is the new WDC (very deservedly: no driving errors, very consistent and beating his teammate), Brawn is the new WCC and the only interest will be in the fight for the third place. We'll have a boring year like in the best Ferrari/Schumacher times.

And the future is much better. A F1 without Ferrari, Renault, Toyota, Red Bull and BMW among others perhaps.

Is not it wonderful? <sarcasm>

<no>

I don't think it's over yet. True, the two Brawns have a very big points advantage, but look at the progress that Ferrari and McLaren have made in the last few races. It will be a huge ask, but it's still perfectly possible that this year's title will not go to Brawn, in either side. I wouldn't bet against it though!

The only teams that have looked like being anywhere near Brawn recently have been Red Bull and Ferrari. Even if those two were to out-develop Brawn and start beating them in every race, I can't see anyone else getting ahead of them. So that's still P5 and P6 for Brawn each time, which should be more than enough to see them through.

A retirement or two could change everything, of course. But the reliability of the Brawns has been superb so far, so I doubt that will be a problem either.

I agree esp if Brawn do not put their power now behind Button.

The next few tracks according to M Brundle are not the best for Brawn and the Ferrari's are looking alot better.

Mclaren too as i am sure Lewis would have been around about the Ferrari's today if he had not messed up.

The Red Bulls were poor today but again Monaco is a strange track and i feel with their new parts they could spring a few good results.

Its not over but i really hope that Brawn and Button win the title

Jenson has a great opportunity to win this year, but its far from over. The other teams cars are catching up rather than falling further behind.
The next race in two weeks IMO will be Brawns biggest test, they may just have to fight it out with cars that can match their pace and looking at fastest laps today that's three teams at least.
