Yeah, but the point is that Ferrari should back Massa over Raikkonen from now on. Hamilton may be hard to beat in the wet, but Massa can certainly beat Raikkonen, or at least finish close to him, if it rains at Monza. Hopefully he has banished the Silverstone race from his thoughts, he is better than that in the wet. |

you'd hope so. May be Ferrari have somewhat quelled their wet weather demons. |

Well, two races from the end of last year he was what, 17 behind Hamilton, and won the title.... never say never, just in case. Kubica could still win!! |

as team orders are a touchy issue im guessing that ferrari dont want to corfirm that Kimi will be the no 2 driver cos it may come back to bite them inthe ass if Kimi has to move over for Massa and then they get accused of team orders after all mclaren never confrimed that kovi was the no 2 even though it is impossible for him to win the wdc |

I think the suggestion is that if Kimi and Felipe always finished in the same order, then one of them would be out infront, whereas they can race each other at present, so neither is building a significant advantage..... |

I'm not saying Kimi is out of it, but nor was Massa this time last year and they were definitely backing Kimi at that point. If Massa makes a balls-up and Kimi wins next week, then by all means, continue the two horse charge, but I think the numbers look pretty bad for Kimi. Ideally it'll be dry at Monza and both guys will be quick enough to be running 1 and 2. If that's the case, then let them fight it out, but if it's Hamilton 1, Raikkonen and Massa squabbling over 2nd and 3rd, I would ask Kimi to give way if I was Stefano Domenicali. The way Hamilton's going right now, they can't afford to let him get too far ahead. Response to Norbert by the way
