That's all well and good John, but we both know that Ferrari's and MS's dominance has had a very detrimental affect on the quality of the sport and that as it is it risks becoming nothing more than the racing equivalent of WWF.

So much money involved now that there is probably far more result manipulation going on by the powers that run the sport than we are really aware of.

Not that I am saying that Bernie et al are slowing cars down or pouring sugar into fuel tanks, but it's pretty obvious that they need to keep a control over who is doing what.

It's no coincidence that every now and then the more discerning viewers get a sense that they are being made a fool of.

Nah, my comment was a jocular response to the accusation of McLaren's strategy when Ferrari have no room to talk. Hence the <peek> , but, hell, I guess some people don't get irony. <think>
