Which is why I said indigenous to the circuit rather than the country. Also a dog is rather easy to spot compared to a beaver or hare, especially at a Tilke circuit. |

To me it was merely an accident, though may be the marshalls should have been a little more aware and reported the dogs to race control. I seem to remember Silverstone's run in with wild life, a loony scotsman in 2003 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7mKilWYYx-I |

Irish, I think .... he also rugby-tackled the leader of the men's marathon at the Athens Olympics, which to my mind was a little bit harsh. |

Well, I thought dogs were meant to have at least some intelligence. It's not as if the dog wouldn't have been able to hear the car roaring towards it. Senna was 5th I think so it's not as if the mutt had no warning... |

does a dog know what a wall is, what and F1/2 car is just by the noise? How much distance does one of these vehicles travel before you know it's there. Also I was under the impression that it was unseen. Dogs can't read signs like keep out. Infact in countries other than the UK where there are few dogs roaming the streets, dogs are more likely to be curious by things more than afraid of them. Dogs get killed by cars travelling at a quarter, an eigth of the speed. I think it's a bit harsh on Turkey. I anticipate there will be a lot of dogs roaming the streets. |

http://www.itv-f1.com/news_article.aspx?id=42637 Looks like Ferrari are already trying to gain an advantage by making sure there are the authorities get rid of any dogs that might get in their way at Monaco. I'm just kidding.
