From http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/67142 So why have SA been unable to set up shop in Istanbul? Autosport explains....
What business is it of Fry's to say whether or not another team can enter the paddock? Fry has been critical of Honda's support for SA in the past, but this is surely the lowest they can stoop. Clearly Honda are not aware of the ins and outs of Super Aguri's pending deal with the Weigl Group, so what gives them the right to dictate whether or not the team will be racing in Turkey? Sorry, Honda, but my opinion of you just gets lower and lower.

How the hell can one team give the nod to another being barred, even if they do/did help with some of the funding and logistics? Either it's a pie in the sky story, or someone is taking the pi$$! |

I don't think Honda have barred them, it seems they are simply saying they won't be paying the bill. I don't think Honda have the power to 'bar' them. FIA and authorities probably made the decision to refuse them entry based on their knowledge of the situation. |

As far as I'm aware the situation is that Honda informed FOM that Super Aguri wouldn't be racing in Turkey, based on their knowledge of the tabled offer from the Weigl group. However, Herr Weigl himself is saying that his offer is actually much larger than Honda is expecting, and Honda's scepticism about the feasibility of the takeover bid is unfounded. So Honda are essentially basing their claims to FOM on their own speculations about a deal they clearly don't know everything about. |

I hope this is an overblown story, otherwise Ron might tell FOM Ferrari won't be racing for the rest of the season... |
