Ferrari looked to be fairly comfortable in the lead, and McLaren looked to be pretty well ahead of BMW. They might make a good update for Turkey, but I think McLaren and Ferrari will have updates to match. |

I don't think McLaren are too far ahead of BMW. McLaren had the advantage in Spain but BMW were faster in Malaysia and Bahrain. It will probably be a case of some circuits suiting the McLarens better and some suiting BMW better. Ferrari are way ahead of both, though. |

I dont think Ferrari are "way" ahead, they have a couple of tenths i'd say. Mclaren and BMW are almost identical, if either makes a major update they can begin to win races. |

I agree with DCII. Yes, ferrari are ahead, but they are very much catchable, like McLaren last year or renault in 2006. All it takes is for the momentum to fall in their favour. Remember F1 cars develop through out the season. |

If Ferrari have sorted their reliability, they cannot be caught. As for developing the cars, most of the R&D is being spent on the 2009 cars. 2008 cars were developed last year and any team still working on their 2008 car is going to suffer next year. |

Can he not see that Ferrari are out in front by at least 3 tenths a lap? Whenever Ferrari need to push, they are considerably faster than BMW and Mclaren. |

Who's "he"? Me or Rampf? I 100% agree that ferrari have the advantage at the moment. I just think that they are catchable. |
