There's nothing like mob mentality for impartiality is there.

Or Ron for being a bullshitter.

Or Max for being a devious git and getting his Czech buddy to throw this lovely distraction out into the arena.

Wow this thread really went downhill.

Just to cover a few points made earlier. Ron isn't a pregnant alien female, and it is possible that his employees kept him in the dark about what they were doing w/ Ferrari data last year. It doesn't make him any less responsible, but it is possible that Ron wasn't lying under oath, he was just ignorant of the situation.

Also talking smack about a public figure on a message board doesn't amount to libel.

No, but all the Mac fans will start booing their eyes out because Ron has never done anything wrong, ever. Honest.

Okay, you really can't call me a McLaren fan. I've been a Lotus and then a Ferrari fan for ages - disliked McLaren, Williams and all their drivers (yeah - hated Senna!).

That said, nothing Ron's done has point to him either being in the know about spygate before it broke or ANYTHING to do with Max' scandal.

If Ron was all those things wouldn't that qualify him for an F1 test drive

I can't believe that such a story should even be allowed to exist. It's so pathetic.

OOPS we were caught cheating, better redirect the focus of attention on those that shopped us

Isn't he even using the same team to find out who did it?

So guilty until proven guilty. Nice one guys.

CBS about anyone? I wouldn't be surprised if this is his ploy to bring TPL to its knees.

So guilty until proven guilty.

There are people who felt and continue to feel same way about Shumi and Ferrari.
