I'd say (in race trim):

Ferrari
McLaren + 0.2 - 0.3s per lap
BMW + 0.2 - 0.3 s
Renault + 0.5s
Red Bull/Toyota/Williams + 0.6 - 0.8s
Honda + 1 - 1.5s
Toro Rosso/Force India + 2s
Super Aguri - ? (hard to tell their ultimate pace at the moment)

Not sure about times, but I'd put the order as follows:

1. Ferrari
2=. BMW
2=. McLaren
4. Renault
5=. Toyota
5=. Red Bull
7. Williams
8. Honda
9. STR
10. Force India
11. Super Aguri

I'd rate Trulli in the Toyota as equal to Renault and RedBull, Force India above STR, Honda above Williams (buny ears and all) and BMW on par with Mclaren.

That's about the size of it, but I'd say that these gaps are probably more pronounced in quallie pace than in the race.
