http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/7223145.stm that's rather a lot. I remember when the first Pentium came out with a world record five million, although that was about 1994....! |

I assume these transistors are a tad smaller than the ones I used to use in my GCSE Systems & Control lessons, or else it'd be a rather big chip. |
