Dear Jim,
Can you help me? I am a young professional and have achieved success in the past but now my selfesteem is low. I have lived in the shadow of my extrodinarily successful older brother all my life and have never quiet matched up to him, despite knowing that I have as much potential as he.
A few years ago, I was offered a fantastic opportunity in a very well paid position and looked like achieving great success. In my first year in the job I showed much promise but this was not to last. Over the last 3 years, I have had a short fall in my achievements and have been under increasing pressure to perform, especailly at the start of last year when my brother settled into a well deserved retirement. Throughout last year I started to feel increasingly marginalised and now I have left my well paid position for a much less impressive job and find myself making excused to my friends and family for my failure. I feel so low. Please help me?
Your Friend,
Ralf Schumacher
P.S. Can you have a word with Bernie to see if he can get me a drive at Ferrari.

I think a drive for the DTM Mercedes team would be a better idea as your brother is not wanting to do DTM so at least you have a chance
