I'm sure I remember on QI Stephen Fry saying that nobody actually knows for sure how planes fly. Apparently there are 5 theories but nobody knows which, if any of them are correct <think>

Elastic bands and a s**tload of hamsters. Obvious really.

Its not every day a pilot or in this case a co-pilot saves every person on board with a safe crash landing. The term heroic is not exaggerated.

But what does our repulsive tabloid The Scum (Sun) use as an headline? The fact the co-pilots surname is Coward, they play on that and keep referring to a 'Coward' saving the day <fu>
