It looks like Dorna boss Carmelo Ezpeleta's interview with an Italian magazine is being parceled out in chunks by Autosport, the last two being: Link which is about the night races. Sepang is up for hosting one too. The motivation about avoiding the heat seems pretty a pretty good side effect. F1 should probably consider it for Malaysia too. Then we have this: Link about grid sizes which is my personal bug bear. I agree with him that it's not a massive problem just yet, but it would be better to have a grid above 20 than below. It's still looking shaky if Ducati get pulled out for example. Better to have a little more breathing room for the teams I think. He's also a fan of Valentino Rossi, and as he's in charge of the commerical side I'm not surprised. |
