Name dropper!

May be so, but I bet any amount of money that your dad can beat me hands down on the number of drivers he's met over the years.

Probably has as he has been doing this for 30+ years and has been pit observer for various F1 teams such as Brabham.

Therefore I know he knows lots of the names on WW's list, mainly as I have been with him when he has met up with them again.

So amongst the names are Bernie Ecclestone and Herbie Blasch (now FIA) from his time in the Brabham pit. Davina Galica, Jochen Mass, Steffan Johannsson, Derek Bell, David Richards and generally most of the F1 grid since the mid-1970s.

Just the one. Met Eddie Irvine in 2000 when they reopened the F1 shop in Belfast after it got a facelift. He's not as bad as everyone thinks and was happy to sign anything for the fans

I could have got Gerhard Bergers autograph but it was at the 1989 Monaco GP so he couldn't use his hands because he'd burnt then the previous week in a crash at Imola. <doh>

Yes, Lotus, 1991... or was it 1992?

Julian Bailey raced for tyrrell in 1988 originally and raced the early races for lotus in 91 until Johnny Herbert became available.
