Yamaha are swapping their usual colour scheme for this weekend. Abarth used to be FIAT's sporting arm, now I think they use it for road car special editions. Not sure what they have to do with bikes, but it's FIAT's money...

Abarth is/was a tuning company that is probably most famous for it's rally version of thr FIAT 500. I think FIATs were the most common of their chosen cars to mod, but I don't know if it was just limited to them. Rather like Cosworth, they appear to have been bought by the company whose cars they chose to tune. So they're rather like the AMG/M/Cosworth badges you see on other cars I guess.

They used to run the Lancia WRC team, at least that's what I read once. I don't think that Abarth is just a badge now, rather than delivering a tuned up car like AMG or the BMW M's.
