I wouldn't keep Ralf on his current pay scale. If I were at Toyota, I'd sign Piquet (total prat) Jr. for chump change before giving Ralf another 20mil. If I could get Ralf for around 4mil, I'd do it.

Piquet will only go to a big team. <roflmao>

And yes, Trulli is not only under contract for next year but also 2009.

Keep him - the car's shit anyway and it's not as if Trolley's doing massively better.

The only reason to get rid of him would be if they could get Alonso or Michael or someone instead... but I don't see that happening.

That was a very big mistake imo, it's going to look embarrassing if Ralf beats him (again) after having such a poor start.

If they have the money and it isnt a problem i dont see why not.

As someone else in this thread as alluded to, he may have dropped his asking price, but if he hasn't, then arguably you could do one of two things.

1. Get a better driver for that money
2. Get a comparable driver for a fraction of that money.

And whilst Toyota is a wealthy team, they can't be seen to massively overpaying for underperforming drivers, the board of directors of Toyota would have a fit.

Bryan is Scott Dixon's personal masseur, where Scotty goes, so too does Bryan.

I am led to believe his massages are the coooooolest thing on the planet.
