I will confront these last races in the same spirit I confronted the ones before: I'll try to win and collect as many points as possible and then we will do the maths in the classification. We have to give our best and hope that those who are ahead of us, have slight problems: I don't have much to lose so I can risk more than my colleagues at McLaren.

So what took you so long? You could have risked more and given Hamilton a fright when you had the chance. <smartarse>

The thing is, in today's cars you can't take much of a risk. If you try a hopeless lunge you are just about out of the race. Drivers always say that but they never do anything to show this extra risk they are taking...

Perhaps we will see Ferrari going for an aggressive quali strategy from now on.

They basically have to get poles in the races from here, in my opinion. It's the only way they'll win races.

I find it amazing that they haven't been doing this already.

There has been a few times now that McLaren have snatched pole from them, coz the McLaren was lighter.

What this means is that if Ferrari are .5 of a sec faster, they lose the first 15 to 18 laps of a race to pull out a 8 second margin which can buffer them for the rest of the race.

Kimi makes enough mistakes as it is already - I dread to think how bad he'll be if indeed he starts 'taking risks' ... <doh>
