Yup,think Button would have scored as well in Monaco. Fry isnt the strategist, although if he was that would explain alot <whistle>

That's true. Honda were on for points at Monaco (possibly even a double points finish) and a podium in Canada, but on both occasions late pit stops ruined the day for the team. They threw away their best chances to score, and now, as at the very start of the season, they do not have the pace to pick up more points.

Also it's worth pointing out that Barrichello has driven better than Button this season.

That's because Jenson isn't used to the car yet. :P

You wanted to point that out did you. Thanks, now we all know.

I'd just like to point out that this season JB has amassed infinity more points than Rubens.

Yes I know, but I think you'll find 1 is infinity more than zero in my weird world of concepts.

Actually I think you mean infinitely more points. Scoring infinity more points would require JB to first score infinity points.

Sorry, I don't know why I just did that....

I would agree that Rubens has overall been better than Jenson this year apart from a couple races where Jenson has had the upper hand.

Rubens has had alot of crap cars in his career so he is used to the drill by now.

Indeed.

Think I should convert to a "whoever is winning right now" supporter otherwise infinity dissappointment will prevail.

One of those races just happening to be the one where the Honda was actually capable of scoring points!

To be honest, I jumped on the bandwagon and cheered with glee at Rubens' awful season last year whilst guiltily thinking there must be more to it than he's just crap.

Guess it's payback time.

However, i am a JB fan and clinging on.

I do acknowledge that it's been tough watching him drive like cack against Rubens whose hardly done good himself. The problem is while they are so far back we see nothing of them yet they are probably both driving their hearts out.

I do think JB has put in some (relatively) feisty drives but with little result.

Back to thread though I still think SA will outscore Honda but only because Honda shot themselves in the foot, not because I think anything about SA from the drivers to the their SA input is neccesarily better than Honda. After all, Honda 06 are beating Honda 07 is the real truth.

Calm down. As already stated in this topic, Barrichello should be ahead on points but isn't through no fault of his own. I'm sure Jenson will do better with a better car <thumbsup>

No problem, anything is possible, except perhaps the Honda challenge of beating itself so to speak.
