Would be nice to know the running specs for the Toro Roso drivers. Is Seb really that much faster?

'That much'? It's only a tenth.

And the Hondas will be somewhere between 12th and 18th in quali tomorrow, their car is not good enough to get any higher. So they are in a false position at the moment, as are the Renaults. They never go all out for fast laps in practice.

Doh, I read the timings wrongly <blush>

<cool>

The last one lasted only a lap or so, but he managed to pass about 15 cars with an apparently overflowing tank before a river fell on him.

Thats because most of them went into the pits and went off the track

Before anyone entered the pits Button had passed them all and was sitting right behind Alonso when they entered.

That's what I SAW at least.

Track yellow - Hamilton listed as STOP. Car failed? Gone for a trip in the scenery?

I think Hamilton's run of podiums is about to be followed by an equally consistent run of non podium finishes.

I SAW Button falling off the track at a corner both Massa and Alonso had successfully managed to negotiate just seconds previously.

Easy come, easy go. <rolleyes>

That's very true, but neither Massa nor Alonso drive a shit car, nor did they have a heavy car overflowing with fuel.

It was a trip into the scenery at Turn 9. He ran wide behind Sutil's Spyker and spun off into the gravel. He threw alot of gravel onto the track trying to escape, but unlike the Nurburgring, the tractor put his car behind the barriers and not back onto the track.

Massa also spun off at the final corner trying to warm up his tyres, but he only spun onto the tarmac run-off and was able to continue

Pretty embarrassing times today from Yamamoto. His 'experience' certainly is not showing, they would have been better off going for Klien I reckon. About his level ;)

It was impossible to see any of them anyway, fact is they were tip toeing around on dry tyres whereas Button was going to quick and went off the track.
