More bias from the FIA(t)!

A little premature <thumbsup> . If McLaren get banned with no evidence, then you will have a point.

Max once said something along the lines that because Ferrari are an Italian team, and the FIA top brass is mainly British (Himself, Bernie, Charlie Whiting) he talked to them a lot on the phone to reassure them that they weren't disadvantaged by this.

Is this more of this reassurance?

Max found something that let it be dragged on. Article 23.1 apparently.

Yawn.

Seriously, there seems to be no point in an appeal. The FIA cannot punish McLaren without more evidence, and such evidence does not seem to be forthcoming. It's a mystery why Ferrari are so intent on dragging this through the courts. It's not doing their name any good, even if it is damaging McLaren's as well.

It's typical Ferrari. It's ALWAYS Ferrari at the centre of some allegation or problem, and it's getting more and more predictable each year. What will it be next year? Getting Kimi the sack because he is deliberately not trying as hard as he can, to allow mclaren to win? It's getting beyond ridiculous. The sooner this is all sorted the better. And if Mclaren are punished, I may have to reconsider how much I actually like F1.

I see you're sticking to rational hypotheses as usual....

Well it is! Anyway, wait until this time next year, I will admit that I was wrong if there is no other controversy. But they always coincide with periods where Ferrari aren't leading the championship.

And Norbert, why change the habits of a lifetime ;)

2002 and 03 Ferrari were leading.....

You did also leave out BAR 05 and Williams in Canada in 04.

Indy 05 was not Ferrari's fault.

And really the mass damper was more of a Ferrari saying my enemy's enemy is my friend. Why not team up w/ McLaren and see if they can get damper's banned. It was their only chance.

Forgot Monaco, but Shumi was punished for it rightfully.

I'm not on about other teams, but there always seems to be something going on with Ferrari at the centre of it. I also said nothing about Indy 05.

I am glad there was some spy case this year or Ferrari would have race with an illegal flexi floor and probably leading all WC.
