As per Kev's request.

There are generally recognised to be two main types of grid girl.

Type A: Are able to hold a conversation and are witty and intelligent as well as being very attractive.

Type B: Are capable of holding the row board, can smile, can say "Hi". Also very attractive.

And if your twenty something and single.................you wouldnt care which one you got photographed with by the world press and took home...................................... after the race <thumbs>

Very true.

But if you have to stand on the grid with them, its much better to have Type A as you can spend the time talking to them.

Please remember if you are posting pictures that

they must be within the correct size for the board,

they must not be copyright

and above all, must be suitable for family viewing!

Ta.

fair points...

I can see the over sized and copyright points but not the third.

now if any of the photos where semi nude or pornographic I would see your point...

But they are far less revealing or provocative than some national 'newspapers' (sic)

They are associated with Motor sport.... like them or not... they are what attracts many 10 year old boy in the first place...

Now I can take or leave the images.... I'm not that bothered... but I see no reason they should not be on a Motor sport forum where for the most part Adults are watching....

If kids want revealing images TPL is the last place thy would go searching... IMO

Hang on, you say you can't see the point of the point, then made it yourself. practically.

Provided they're all covered up in certain areas, I got no problems.

I asked the same question as they all came from the same sites and none of them said copyright. The link was put in the IMG button, so it seemed silly putting the link under the picture when the IMG held the link.
But hey, i am new on this board and i dont want to rock the apple cart, it was a bit of fun starting the post, delete it if it offends.
Better start deleting my Youtube account, though i still cannot find the copyright symbol on these removed pictures from free web pages..........................the videos on that site................. <whistle>
