His interview thing with F1 Racing last year showed that. Lacking interest, he is there for the money. And if you are getting $25 million, who can blame him?

Ralfs career has went downhill since mid 2003, then he was the fastest driver in the field and coupled with a great car it looked like he might win the championship but then he went on a run of DNFS and since then he has only had a few good performances each year. Where has the promise of the brilliant 1999 season he had gone?

I was watching the 2001 review video yesterday and he looked really good that year, it looked as if the only way was up, he was battling very fiercly with his brother and came on top a couple of times, there were a few odd wins after that year and he has never really reached the same heights again.

I think he will go down as a wasted talent because he definitely had the potential in him.

I still think he has been solid at toyota and done a reasonable job but nobody at the front will hire him now, too many good young drivers.

Has his attitude cost him his place in F1? Ever since he started in F1 he has been a bit arrogant and had a bad attitude towards his teams. Examples include Belgium 1998 where he wanted to disobey team orders and overtake Damon Hill, and China 2004 where he had a massive argument in the pit lane with the Williams mechanics over parking the car
