So far I havn't seen Kimi faster than his Samba team-mate. Ok yes Massa has had a good 2 years(including 2004) with the car and Kimi is new but I just cant see why if he's supposedly the fastest out there and let he's not stamping his autority. If Alonso can go fast time and time again why cant Kimi. Has Kimi lost it since 2005? Only time will tell. |

Kimi has been faster a few times, last week at Jerez i think. By the way Massa tested for ferrari in 2004 ;-) |

WTF WTF WTF I am surprised as anyone by this, I thought for sure Kimi would be trashing Massa from day one. However this is just testing and we may not know Ferrari's plans. It is possible they are running Kimi at race settings and fuel levels to give him a feel for how the car does over a race stint, and since Massa knows the car better he is working more on light runs. We don't know, but it is interesting to guess. If this continues through out the year, then many many people will be shocked. |

Suprised? Nope. Massa has 2 years in the car and Kimi's never been known for being a driver who can be intimate with the workings of the car. It's going to take Kimi some time to come up to speed - hopefully before the seasons start. :S |

Rob, my point is that you can never just say that a certain driver is out of form, based on test times. Hamilton was a tenth off Alonso today, does that mean the same will happen at Melbourne? I doubt it. |

I just hope Kimi show the world how "not great" he really is. Why people put up there with Alonso is bizzare |

I know what you are getting at mate, it is only testing, but we haven't had a race in some 4 months now, so we have to go on about something. |

I would not be so bold if my favorite driver was beaten by de la Rosa, or a rookie half the time he has tested. <thumbs> |

Because he almost won the championship in a year old car. |
