Fisi fought for the corner, and Schu cut in too soon. I would call that an error mate....

Fisi was passed before the corner, he never had a chance of taking the place and misjudged where shumi was and flicked his back left tyre.

I see DC went for a low fuel, new tyre run to grab some headlines.

I dont think so <no>

After the long day I had yesterday going from train to train its nice to see some good news, if the car can get to the top then obviously the car isn't as sh*t as we thought, might be low fuel but I am still satisfied.

And as my fellow DC says a second ahead of the renaults, even if Red bull were on low fuel and renault were heavier Renault should still be ahead of Red Bull. Hopefully Red can build from here but Honda still haven't been up there.

Massa still ahead of Kimi is really interesting, I am sure Kimi will have been trying to do some fast laps as he doesn't enjoy the donkey work which I supposed has been given to Massa as he would probably be more willing to do it.

Are you saying there WAS contact?

If so then subsquent events, tyre locking and slight sideways and eventual trye blow are very likely to have been the result of this contact. As for whose fault it is? Saying it is an error of judgement on MS part is a bit harsh, but he is a guy known to push his luck AND that corner is notoriously tricky to make a late move stick. If he'd back off or gone slightly wide he'd have been retaken AND he knew it. Thus he pushed his lucked by squeezing Fisi.

This time he lost out, it's my opinion.

As for who had the better view of whom and who was more likely to make an error.

If MS was in front of Fisi (and if you notice Fisi was also well on to the kerb) then Fisi would have had a better view of Michael. Less likely, note the use of the word less, to make an error, also MS was the one cutting in. Fisi would have had no place to go, already being on the kerb.

Michael bears no responsibility for ensuring that when he cuts in in front of somebody that there is actually a gap large enough to cut into? Short of stamping on the brakes Michael left Fizzy with nowhere to go.

Michael has always been an aggressive driver, using his car to intimidate and bully people out of his way. This time it didn't work out for him.

I think he learned that from a certain Brazilian...

That doesn't make it any less true.

I think the consensus of opinion is that Schumi made an error in Brazil.

But it is all history, a bit like the man himself.
