I have a feeling that Toro Rosso could surprise everyone and produce a chassis that wasn't drawn on a piece of tracing paper at the Red Bull factory. But then again they probably will produce a RB3 clone with a Ferrari sticker on the engine cover instead of Renault |

My intuition tells me that the only honest part of Gerhard's statement is this bit:
As I said in my post, I have no doubt that it will be legal. Whether it should be legal is another question entirely. Maybe I am jumping the gun. We will see. |

When they say own the rights to the car, does this just mean the monocoque or the car as a whole? I feel the way they can get round it is by possibly putting a different front or rear end on the car but having the same monocoque chassis and engine cover |

Well based on the RB3's recent form...only team with anything to worry about is Toro Rosso! |

I think that the rights to the RB3 chassis are owned by the Red Bull parent company, not the Red Bull Racing team, so both teams qualify as having purchased a chassis designed by another company, which is within the rules. |

Yeah, Burger's right. It's NOT the same car. The STR car is a different colour, has different sponsor logos, has an Italian name, and most importantly, somehow will race without drivers

Liuzzi and Bourdais would be a nice combination. But it wont happen |
