Particularly when covered with useless plastic tat... Mind you, any car covered with useless plastic tat is equal to a chav mobile in my honest opinion - and it's mainly three cars in particular |

that's been photoshopped hasn't it?
Ok, let me just clarify this. It's not to my taste and as I pointed out, what was stated there was my own opinion. Of course it's up to each individual to decide how they want their car - it's just the fact that there is a lot of negative imagry which goes with the bodykits etc. That's not to say that there may be good drivers who have a kitted car, but it is possibly fairly accurate to say that these are in the minority. |

some people that drive kitted up cars are idiots but then that goes for anyone driving any sort of car! I drive a lot of miles a day because I work a fair distance from where I live and I have seen more mad driving from your everyday peugeot 406 driver then the kitted up car people |

I read the posts on the chav forum. The guy was an idiot. I could pull his story apart - if I could be bothered that is. There is a major difference between: The serious modding brigade - back in the day it was called customising, no one says a 1960's chop job is a ChavMobile (but that is moddings ancestry) The Max Power (or customisers) boys and girls, these take time and pride in what they do and they want to get it right. The Lax power/Chavs. They want to tart up the car, but lack of money means a half-arsed job, and the car is usually covered in filler. A proper custom job is a work of art and it incorporates both body-design and color schemes that compliment each other. Somewhere in the middle of all the above and the regular road user is the one driver who thinks he is invincble and that nothing will happen to them. Well, speaking from experience accidents can happen to the best, driving like an idiot only increases the chance of an accident. While the movie "the fast and the furious" is to blame for the rash of modding, it has been around for decades. By the way, I think TF&TF and 2F2F are the best comedies I have ever seen. |

Any chance of a gander at a photo of her motor? If it's as good as you say should be a stunner, and then there's the car..

i agree with straders on this, if you do it right and get a proffesional to mod ur car it can look fantastic, i had a mate who took a bog standard 105 and had a saxo body kit installed on it and it was superbe. it made it onto the stage at max power cos it was the first of its kind! ill see if i can get a pic of it! |

OK, the doors are a tad sad, although kind of funky at the same time. Boot lid is just plain odd. Seen that type of bonnet once or twice. But why dislocate the rear wheels??? |
