I suspect Rosberg will show him the way for the rest of the season...do you think Williams will retain his services next year and if not would any othet team be interested in him..i would suggest not. |

You may be right about his exit from Williams but a lower team such as midland could benefit from his experience. Works for DC! |

I think Montoya is a possible replacement for Webber should he go and Wiliams prove they are nearly back...not many options for Montoya if McLaren, Ferrari and Honda have no spare seats, Toyota not an option for any driver with ambition so leaves Red Bull,Williams Renault. |

As we know Williams can be ruthless with sacking drivers etc...who would be ideal driver for them to partner Rosberg |

Webber has been a disappointment, but I think he might come good eventually. He'll have a tough time against Rosberg this year though. Especially as he seems to be the 'future' of Williams. |

i think young drivers is the way forward look at Rosberg,Alonso, Kimmi it would not be to much of a risk for Williams to have a second young driver as Rosberg will have a full season under his belt. |

Webber is actually doing a decent job this season. 4th today in quali (when you take Schumacher out of the equation) and 6th last week. Hasn't been as impressive as Rosberg has been so far, but he has done a decent job to be fair. |
